The 3-in-1 Parka is a great piece of functional outerwear for Law
Enforcement and everyday wear. Like the 5-in-1, it’s packed with
features like 5.11’s Back-up Belt System™ and protected by 5.11’s High
Performance waterproof/breathable system. The liner is a stylish wind
resistant fleece that can be worn by itself. Duty-oriented features
include side zippers that allow access to your duty belt, pull-out ID
panels that can be removed for imprinting, a removable badge holder,
and radio microphone loops at the shoulder. Other features include
hand-warmer pockets and a stowable/removable hood to keep your head out
of the weather. Includes a FREE ANSI II high-vis vest designed to be
